After his son was taken by the dark unknown creatures of Clarencaster, Robert finds himself on a mission to rescue his child. Discover the truths surrounding one of the biggest mysteries haunting this small Pennsylvania town as Robert delves into the eerie underground to find Jay (his son). Collect keys to open gates as you progress further and further into the dark unknown. With a feeling of constantly being watched and the possibility of creatures lurking just around the corner, will Robert be able to find his son? Or will fear get the best of him and be the means to the end of both of them?
Step 1: Play through the game and look out for the two missable trophies
It’s as simple as that. You just need to finish the game while making sure you look out for VS3EVER and FIRST. The former is found before you enter through the green-lit door (the entrance to the underground area). The latter is located after you enter the underground area. If you make a mistake for FIRST, you can exit back to the main menu (or just close the app) and try again from a previous save point. See these two trophies for more information and their actual locations. If you prefer to use a video since the game is short, a walkthrough has been provided under SORRY. Once you have completed the game, you will have earned all 4 trophies available.
Walked in and saw the first sinner zombie pinned on wall.
When you get to the area with the houses (shortly after passing through the hallway with the purple neon lights, followed by the red neon lights), the sign for house #19 will be lit up. Go inside and directly in front of you is wall covered in writing saying “SIN” and a zombie pinned to the wall. Look at him and get your trophy.
Find the hidden message Sterling gave Vanessa.
This will be the first trophy you get. As you follow along the path at the beginning of the game (before you enter the green door leading to the sewer-like area), you will go through a small passageway with an upside cross illuminated by a white light. Keep following this path along and you’ll eventually reach a sign leading to the “Playground of Dreams”. Go inside this area, down the long slope, and stop when you get the illuminated slide. Turn your camera right and you’ll see a green light off in the distance:
Walk towards this light and into the little cranny. On the tree in front of you will be the letters V (heart) S. Look at this to unlock the trophy.
Guess all the correct numbers of the homes on the first try.
This will be a bit of a 2-parter.
When you’re in the housing area related to the SIN trophy, you’ll need to pull levers to unlock the houses. Each house has one, but they’ll only open in a particular order. House #19 is open from the start. Pull the lever inside and the next house # will light up. Rinse and repeat this until you have collected the key from house #412.
You need to remember the order the houses unlocked in. You don’t need to worry about 19 for this, just the 4 houses afterwards.
Later on in the game, you’ll come to a church after walking through a red passageway. There will be a large figure draped in white in the center and 4 mannequins around it (2 on each side). DO NOT interact with the figure yet. Instead, you want to interact with the mannequins (with so the numbers shown on them, match those of the houses (in the order they unlocked).
Once you have all the numbers correct, you may now interact with the figure (with . This will unlock the trophy as well as grant you a key needed to continue on with the story.
Completion of S.O.N.
There are two endings to this game, both of which will unlock the trophy. To get to the end, you need to navigate through tunnels to find keys and unlock gates. If you’re having trouble seeing pathways, feel free to adjust the brightness settings of the game to better aid you, though for the most part, the pathway will almost always be lit for you to see.
When you’re underground, just keep searching every room and hallway for the keys as they’re honestly not too difficult to find. Just make a note of where you’ve been and where you’ve yet to go. All in the all, the game will take you less than hour. If you need further assistance, a video walkthrough has been provided below, detailing the locations of the trophies as well as all of the keys. The trophy will unlock as soon as you go through the HOME door, or the JAY door at the end.
