Before you start: get some way to take notes. There are several randomized numbers here you need to keep track of.
There is a LOT of stuff to collect in here. Let's start with the papers:
Diary entry – in front of the playhouse just left of the door (7/8)
Diary entry – in the small cupboards in the back left corner of the room (8/8 - trophy will unlock in the next segment)
Drawing piece – on the drawing table in the middle of the room
Now go to the center of the room, under the moon and star lights, and press L2 to jump. If you don't hear a tinkling sound, adjust your position a bit and try again. Jump into these lights until Innocence
Now you need to pick up 10 pieces of the matchbook tile that's been in your inventory since the beginning of the game. Their locations:
- just left of the door
- on the high shelf along the right wall (with the door at your back)
- on the drawing table in the middle of the room (you need to move some paper first)
- in the middle of the cat rug/drawing in the middle of the room
- just outside of the cat rug/drawing, closer to the fan (I think it's knocked down when you jump into the star and moon lights, so if you haven't done that trophy yet, try that first)
- on top of the small cupboards in the back left corner of the room
- behind the curtains
- directly below the curtains, on top of a blue car
- on top of the bed, near the foot of it
- in the top drawer of the bedside table
If you look at your matchbook tile, you should notice there's only two holes left in it. Make sure that's correct, because when we pick up the last tile in this room, it will start a timer.
In inventory, combine the last drawing pieces with the other three we combined back in the bathroom.
Flip the drawing over for a sequence of numbers and letters (randomized). Notice how on the front of the drawing there are numbers 1-4. Write down the sequence on the back of the drawing based on that order. You will have regular numbers or tally marks to denote numbers. Choose the letter based on its alphabet position on the phone keypad (abc = 2, def = 3, etc), and count the number of dots/lines in the symbol to get that digit (three dots, six-pointed star, etc).
For example: in my game I had 9, 1, B, and three dots. Putting them in the order the drawing told me, my number code was 9132. Whatever it is, write it down.
In inventory, look at the series of numbers (and possibly some #s) on the toilet paper roll. Again, it's randomized, so write it down.
Pull up your cell phone from your inventory, access the gallery, use the four digit code to unlock it, and look at the picture.
Use the blue rotary phone on the bedside table and input whatever the code from the toilet paper roll was. If there were #s, don't forget to add those as well.
You will be given the time. It's randomized, so write it down.
After a few seconds, the door will start shaking and a cutscene will play
Pick up the key in front of the door
Click on the electricity panel on the wall next to the door
The code is whatever the time you got from the phone
Pick up the plug
Use key (lightning bolt) with keyhole
Enter whatever the time was you got from the phone
Pick up bear from bed
Rip bear apart
Back up so you're closer to the fuse box and against the wall – the distance on this upcoming trophy is a bit touchy
Hold R1 and use the right directional stick to aim the bear at the purple tub and press Circle to throw the bear in – Slam Dunk
Pick up the matchbook tile from behind the painting that fell
The room is now on fire. You're being timed for the next part, and your previous autosave was when you first entered this room, so pause whenever you need to read this walkthrough.
In inventory, use the matchbox tile to enter a slide tile puzzle – you need to put together a picture of a fire extinguisher.

Pick up fire extinguisher
Use fire extinguisher on 3-4 different parts of the fire to continue the story – just walk up to the fire spamming Circle until it spraysFlooded Bathroom
You're back in the bathroom, underwater, near the toilet stalls
Hold Circle and swim until you get above water and can more easily figure out your position in the room.
The meter on the left is your oxygen meter – if it gets below about 1/2, stop whatever you're doing and hold Circle to surface and fill it back up again.
Swim towards the light switch and turn on the lights (you should see the blue car underwater; the light switch is behind it) – having the lights on helps out a lot whenever you're underwater.
Look up at the ceiling and find the hatch – it's close to the separating wall
Use key with rectangular top and hole with hatch
Go underwater (hold X) and pick up bear – The Collector
Swim to the light switch/sinks area and look for a drain on the ground in front of the left sink
Use the plunger with the hole x3 – back out if you need to grab air – Mr Lungs

Exit toilet stall
Walk to hand dryer
Use plug with hand dryer – Handyman
Click hand dryer to turn it on
Use bear with hand dryer
Use directional sticks to turn bear so either head hits the dryer's outlet – it will spark a bit and the lights will go out
Walk to the Out of Order toilet stall, really close to the bear (it can't hurt you right now) and equip the fire extinguisher
This is just like when we were being chased by the bear the first time we were here, except this time it's on fire and we need to use the fire extinguisher on it. You need to do this more than when we broke the wall – like 8-10 times. It doesn't matter if the bear catches you for this – you just need to pass the QTE sequence whenever it does.Repentance
