Introduction:

Welcome to the "Eureka Seven AO Attack the Legend" Road Map & Trophy Guide. For starters, this is a Japanese Blu-Ray that features a movie in the "Video" tab section on the XMB with a bonus game to play on the "Game" tab section of the XMB.

This hybrid pack is known as "Eureka Seven: Jungfrau no Hanabanatachi Game + OVA" in case you're trying to find it on an import site, eBay, Amazon, et cetera. Though, it is pretty cheap on eBay and can be purchased for $15+ or less.

The gameplay is pretty much straight-forward where you do sortie missions as a pilot, and destroy the targets on the missions. However, there is a catch if you want the achieve the full 100% on the title. You will need to get S Ranks on all missions with at least 70% left on your character's armor within 2 minutes per mission. There is no options to change the difficulty, only items that can be changed is the camera angles, vibration, and sound.

The menus are both in English and Japanese.

Main menu:

1. シチュエーション - Situation

2. ミッション - Mission

3. チャレンジ - Challenge

4. オプシュン - Options

Pause Menu:

1. ミッション用関 - Continue

2. ミッションリトライ- Retry

3. ミッション中断 - Break

4. 操作マニュアル - Manual

Quick note: DO NOT select "ミッション中断 - Break" on Situation Mode, as you may think it will save your progress, but it just exits out to the main menu, and you will have to restart the missions all over again on Situation Mode.

Here is a video of the gameplay, unboxing, et cetera:

シチュエーションを全てクリア

The first pilot is available from the beginning, and other pilots will become available after each pilot's Situation Mode is cleared.
Each pilot has 3 missions to clear, and each cleared Situation Mode will unlock a bronze trophy. Also, will unlock new single, tag, & challenge missions, too.
After you've cleared the final situation mode mission, this trophy and 「レントン」をクリア :bronze will unlock simultaneously.

ニルヴァーシュ typetheENDでクリア

After you've cleared the final "Single" mission with high ranks (7 S Ranks + 1 A Rank), and you will unlock the ニルヴァーシュ typetheEND pilot.
I don't think that the S Ranks matter, as long as you clear all "Single" missions.

Clear the 8th "Single" mission again, but with the ニルヴァーシュ typetheEND pilot, and the trophy will unlock.

(unless you didn't clear all of the missions on Situation Mode.)

タッグミッションを全てクリア

There is 16 Tag missions to clear, and the trophy is not missable.
(unless you didn't clear all of the missions on Situation Mode.)

チャレンジを全てクリア

There is 2 Challenge missions to clear, and the trophy is not missable.
(unless you didn't clear all of the missions on Situation Mode.)

12S0a5d99.png  :gold *MISSABLE*
全てのモードをSランクでクリア

You want to clear each mission within 2 minutes with 70% - 75% armor left.
If you take too much damage, you can press :start and choose the 2nd option (ミッションリトライ- RETRY) to start the mission over again from the beginning.
The game will tell you what ranks that you've achieved on all modes.
Make sure that you have cleared Situation Mode, so all missions are available. Lastly, this will be the last trophy to unlock in the game.

General Tips:
* Always dodge when you see an incoming attack (Red Triangle).
* Know when to attack, melee, or retreat.
* Use your attacks wisely when far and close.
* Try to spam your melee attacks if necessary.
* Enemies are invulnerable after being down for a couple of seconds.
* Be patient, and keep trying if things aren't going your way.
* If you take too much damage in the beginning, then restart it over.
* Use a pilot that you're accustom to and can do better damage, or anything that feels comfortable. However, you may need to change pilots if you're struggling to clear the mission with a S Rank.

Breakdown of how many missions to expect for the S Ranks:

* Situation Mode Missions: 12 / 18
Each cleared Situation Mode has to end with a S Rank, not each individual missions. It's ok if you get an A Rank on one of the three missions. You can also abuse the retry option, if any mission doesn't work out for you, and it will restart that same mission over.

Examples:

Spoiler

* Single Missions: 8 / 8
Select any individual pilot that helps you clear it with a S Rank.
The main pilot that I used on these missions was ホランド.

* Tag Missions: 16 / 16
Select 1-2 pilots that help you clear it with a S Rank.
The main pilot that I used on these missions was ホランド.

* Challenge Missions: 2 / 2
On each Challenge Mission, you will need 1,000,000+ points to clear it within  the 2 minute countdown for the S Rank.
The pilot that I used for the 2 missions was エレナ (the one in the red mech that shots bullets and rockets) with 20+ defeated enemies.

Thank you Main. Guide looks great. This game and the Trophys remind me of Rinne no lagrange.

I thought Eureka Seven AO was easier than Rinne no Lagrange. I remember having some moments where I got frustrated with the S Ranks on Rinne no Lagrange. Though, this one isn't too bad on getting all S Ranks.

I never knew a guide for this was created, I have this game for years and kept putting it off. I might need to go hunting in my backlog for this one
