Go into Options:

Press   until you see the screen below, then change the settings, once finished press   and confirm with LEFT option.

 

 

When booting the game for the 1st time, the following screen below will show up to install 11MB onto the Vita memory card for saving purposes, simply select the LEFT option twice to continue.

Guide is complete, really easy title, too bad it isn't a platinum title stack of the retail version, oh well... regardless, even though it takes 10 Minutes at most to 100%; it's still a bit too pricey but hey, at least it's easy and not to mention it came with a free Vita Bonus Theme which is awesome!

Actually, neither of those, only available for PS Vita as a digital download for Japanese region accounts only, yeah it sucks, I would have preferred it retail as well that way others could have this, such a shame. Perhaps one day it might be, if they release another side story such as this one.

 

Did make a slight correction in the overview just to clarify that this is indeed a Vita only game, thanks for bringing it up though.
