Im pretty sure i smashed the melon a while back & i tried doing it but i couldn't understand what she says

 

 

its the last step in the game try to redo it and listen to what she was and move according to the guide directions which are colored

I somehow figured out the watermelon minigame & those were the last 2 cg i needed & got platinum.Thank you for the incredible guide & help

to be honest i was in the same boat as you..

i followed the voice commands. they where easy since i know abit of japanese words myself and how they are pronounced but it never worked for me ;x..

i got it by luck abit

Nice guide hakoom... as for the watermelon game the first 3 times I tried it no dice, but the 4th time I swapped the some with the more moves and bam hit the watermelon... only took me 15 minutes

I had a hard time with the watermelon minigame. Eventually, thanks to Adas advices, I managed to smash it. When the girl gives you the same direction twice or says that you are close to the watermelon I recommend to restart, as you probably can't finish it successfully.

 

My lucky try, just like in Adas' case, was 3 or 4 DIFFERENT directions and a command to smash the melon.

I don't really think that's the issue. Before i smashed watermelon I had gotten like 4 or 5 directions "some up" and still got the command to smash it afterall.
