It seems to me that you definitely made a wrong decision in that route, my best advice for you is try playing that route again via your saves? just re-do the route again slowly then once you finish that, just go back into the CG's and you should get the remaining trophies.

good guide but the 3rd choice thing is pretty confusing since at many times there is no 3rd choice

and then im like which one? XD I had to use a JP wiki after the make save 2 part since I got lost.

 

The choices here are more clear. (you can google translate the site if you cant read the choices)

I can not start a new game in the 第1章　異能部再始動編　大和・御門ルート route after finishing the previous route. I've done the previous route 2x and nothing ... 

 

How can I unlock this route?
