Yeah, Wake-up Club is apparently a Japan exclusive atm.
It's a free app like Welcome Park, that has trophies for setting up an alarm schedule to wake up other players.

Finally got my Motorstorm RC up to 100%. Good riddance. The game is addicting and could be so much fun but those damn supercar events are annoying as shit. The vehicles handle terribly. I've got such a love/hate relationship with this game. It frustrates the hell outta me but part of me still likes it :/

Well done mate. Now we need to follow that up with Asphalt! I've done all the offline shit and just have those 100 mp and 100 wins to do. And then of course we can order the Jp version and do that together as well.
