ABOUT PS4 VERSION
I believe PS4 has a different interface and more config options. The JP version has 39 trophies and some are different. Using this guide WILL work, you have to run the extra stories in SPECIAL and look through the completed Glossary and Flowchart once (JP version only). The NA and EU versions have the same 40 trophies as JP Vita.


NOTES & TIPS
- Download 1.02 patch.
- Vita has no rewind function or scene jump.
- PS4 has scene jump but it doesn't register CGs/choices so don't use it.
- SOS choices: Timed choices that move across the screen. There may be multiple of the same choice, you only need to select one. If a SOS choice flies by too quickly to select, change your system language to English.
- Missable trophy: You must select every single choice in the game. This includes normal choices, SOS choices, and letting the SOS timer run out. You'll work on this early on and should get it before the final route. If the trophy doesn't pop, you must replay the game. PS4 greys out normal choices you already picked, but is finicky with SOS choices.
- Tracking choices: I've complied a Google Doc checklist here. Use this in conjunction with the guide. Each choice is numbered [like this] so you can easily find its set in the Doc. You're welcome not to use this and simply Quicksave/load at every single choice in every route for maximum security.
- Wait a few dialogue lines after date change to Quickload, otherwise the game stalls for longer.


HOW TO USE THE CHECKLIST
- Make sure you're logged in. Click "Make a copy." You can now edit it.
- Left-click on a checkbox. This selects all the boxes. Left-click again, this selects a single box. Right-click, select the checkmark (or your preferred symbol).
- You can also just delete the choice once you've picked it.


NORMAL (ノーマル) ROUTE
Simply play through the game. Select the first choice each time and let SOS time out. Don't worry about picking every choice.

OWARI (尾張) ROUTE
First, go into Config and toggle the second option. This stops skipping one line before SOS so you can Quicksave. This also means you must manually resume skipping after every choice.

Now start working on selecting every choice, including SOS choices and letting time run out. Quicksave at each choice, select one, let the scene end/transition (black screen or date change), then reload. Save the "correct" choice for last.

I suggest hard-saving occasionally in case you mix up the Quicksave/load buttons.

IRUKA (イルカ) ROUTE
Most choices are selected by now. Now you only have branching choices (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 45, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55). Still recommend hard-saving occasionally.

If you're VN-savvy, you can toggle the second config option OFF (continues skipping after picking choices and doesn't stop for SOS) and look ahead in the guide to see when it's time to Quicksave/load for SOS. I only numbered choices that need to be reloaded.

I was going to make a separate guide but there are so many nuances to the game and you described it perfectly, it made more sense to just add them in this guide

Awesome guide as always! Thanks Sage! This crappy catching of all choices reminds me "Xblaze Code: Embryo".

 

I have this theory that you do not actually have to get all S.O.S. since i.e. if there is 6 of them, each pair leads to the same result, but not always I think...

I even finished the game with one being still "not chosen" (during [56]) and got the trophy anyway :] 

But I am not "in the mood" to check my theory - let's stay on the safe side and choose everything.

You have to watch the extra stories in SPECIAL and look through the Glossary once. But I haven't tested it so no promises.

 

Not needed to be done in EU/NA versions - got last trophy+plat right after REINA END.

Unfortunately I don't recall a glitch like that, but it's true that skipping stalls at some points at the game (usually after a scene transition iirc). I can only recommend making sure the game is updated to the latest patch, and re-check your Vita settings. Someone else ran into trouble when their region was set to France.
